Me and my wife visited this great proper fish and chips place in Werrington. My wife had already been here numerous of times and always recommended it. We came to just have some chips and curry sauce to share, we ordered medium chips and the portion size was huge, perfect for sharing, god knows what the large is like The staff was so polite and inside you felt like you was in a seaside fish n chips shop. The chips was proper fish n chip chips and the curry sauce was lush. I will defo be coming back here to try out the other items on the menu, amazing place.

Like three menu options for fish and chips, covering small, medium and large across your fish and chips portions. I had small fish and small chips which was about 7 or £8 with curry sauce and was happy with the portions and the fish was lovely, good batter. To have a good meal under £10 these days is rare.

It's alright, but at the moment, things seem to be greasy for me, but that is just my own taste buds. The food is lovely, and this is one of my favourite places to eat. It would sure be a favourite place for anyone after eating their once. Well Recommended.

My first time at Werrington centre for 3 year's and my first time at the golden cod' there fish and chips were out of this world, large portions at a very reasonable price' found the staff very very friendly and welcoming 10/10" will definitely return in the near future.
